紫金铜业有限公司坐落于上杭县蛟洋工业区,由2023年《福布斯》全球上市2000强第284位的紫金矿业集团股份有限公司投资建设,2011年底建成,总投资近百亿元,在省、市、县各级各部门的关心指导与大力支持下,公司现已形成年产40万吨阴极铜、18吨黄金、400吨白银、100万吨硫酸生产规模,同时副产硒、碲、铂、钯、铑等半导体、集成电路所需的稀贵金属,年产值300亿元以上。
Located in Jiao Yang Industrial Zone, Shanghang County, Zijin Copper Co., Ltd. is invested and built by Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. which is ranked 284 in the Forbes Global 2000 listings in 2023. Zijin Copper was completed at the end of 2011, with a total investment of nearly 10 billion yuan. Under the care and guidance and strong support from various departments at all levels in the province, city and county, the company has now formed an annual output of 400,000 tons of copper cathode, 18 tons of gold, 400 tons of silver and 1 million tons of sulfuric acid production scale, while producing selenium, tellurium, platinum, palladium, rhodium and other rare precious metals required for semiconductors and integrated circuits, with an annual output value of more than 30 billion yuan.

For the sake of supporting the realization of the goals of the London Bullion Market Associations "Responsible Sourcing Program", we work closely with customers and partners of the upstream and downstream of the supply chain to jointly fulfill corporate social responsibility and build a sustainable industrial chain. We and supply chain providers fully understand and comply with all applicable laws and regulations and industry requirements regarding worker protection in the country/region where we are registered and operate, International Labor Organization conventions, and United Nations conventions and other regulations. We and supply chain suppliers jointly abide by the following agreements:
1. 必须确保所有员工自愿被雇佣,合作商不得雇用任何形式的奴隶(包括现代奴役劳动者)、强迫劳动者、抵债劳动者、被贩卖人口或监狱劳动者。必须确保以员工理解的语言清楚表达与工人签订的合同雇佣条件。
1. We and supply chain suppliers must ensure that all employees are voluntarily employed and partners shall not employ any form of slaves (including modern slave laborers), forced laborers, debt-repaid laborers, trafficked persons, or prison laborers. Moreover, we and supply chain suppliers must ensure that the employment conditions of the contract signed with the worker are clearly expressed in a language understood by the employee.
2.不得限制人身自由,不得扣留身份证明文件,不得通过威胁、强迫、强制、诱拐或欺骗方式运送、窝藏、招聘、转移或接收此类劳动者或服务。
2. Personal freedom shall not be restricted and identity certificate documents shall not be withheld. Besides, such workers or services shall not be transported, harbored, recruited, transferred, or received through threat, compulsion, coercion, abduction, or deception.
3.应遵守所有适用的有关最低工作年龄的法律法规,禁止使用任何形式的童工。
3. All applicable laws and regulations regarding the minimum working age shall be complied with and the use of child labor in any form shall be prohibited.
4.应遵守所有适用的与工作时间及休息相关的法律法规,所有加班必须自愿。向员工支付的薪酬应符合所有适用的工资法律,包括有关最低工资、加班工资和法定福利在内的各项法律。
4. All applicable laws and regulations related to working hours and rest shall be complied with and all overtime work must be established on a voluntary basis. The compensation paid to employees shall be subject to all applicable wage laws, including those related to minimum wages, overtime wages, and statutory benefits.
5.消除一切形式的强迫和强制劳动,包括但不限于身体暴力和性暴力、抵债性质的劳动、扣留工资、限制行动、扣押身份证件、威胁向当局告发或投诉等情况。
5. All forms of compulsory and coercive labor shall be eliminated, including but not limited to physical and sexual violence, debt-repaid labor, withholding of wages, restrictions on movement, seizure of identity documents, threats to report or complain to authorities, and other situations.
2023年,我们通过承诺书、问卷调查、现场访问/查看、查询政府相关网站及企信宝等多种方式来监督、实施此政策,确保我们及供应链商严格履行劳动者保护相关社会责任的适宜性、充分性和有效性。
In 2023, various means such as letters of commitment, questionnaire surveys, on-site visits/investigations and queries on government-related websites and Qixinbao were adopted for supervising and implementing this policy by us so as to further ensure the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of strict fulfillment of social responsibilities related to worker protection by us and supply chain providers.
